Does it cost me anything?
No. Companies pay our fee on a signed offer. Nothing comes out of your salary, your equity, or your signing bonus, and there is no charge for joining the pool.
Will my current employer find out?
No. We never share your profile with a company without asking you first, by name, for that specific role.
How often will you contact me?
Only when we have a role we think you would take, which for most people is a handful of times a year. If you want fewer, reply and tell us.
I am not looking right now. Should I still join?
That is the best time to join. The matching runs in the background, so when something unusually good opens up you hear about it instead of missing it.
What kinds of roles do you work on?
Engineering, product, design, data, and go-to-market, from internships and new-grad roles through senior hires, mostly at venture-backed startups in the US.
How do I get out?
Reply to any message and ask, or email us. We delete your profile within a day and confirm when it is done.
Is the call with a real person?
No. You talk with our AI agent, and it tells you so as the call begins. The call is recorded and transcribed so we can build your profile.
What does it cover?
What you do day to day, the work you are proudest of, why you are looking and what you want next, where you want to work and when you could start, the pay you want and whether you need visa sponsorship. It never asks what you earn now or earned before.
What if I can't talk now?
Say so and the agent ends the call. You can ask for it again on this site later, or type your answers instead.
What happens to the recording?
We keep it and its transcript with your profile in our private talent pool, which only the Vouch team can open. No company hears or reads it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
